A system that tracks the travel and reimbursement claims of employees of Indo Count.

Challenges

Travel and Claims communication is manual, by way of filling up forms. Claims verification and processing is manual. MIS data is not readily available. Approvals and rejections are done manually.

Solutions

A solution built on the WEB and APP platforms to seamlessly track travel and employee claims. Information is entered and available to employees instantly on the APP. Processed payments are directly uploaded to the SAP accounting system. Appropriate notifications on approvals, rejection and payments is sent on APP
