Our Solution:
- Designed a fingerprint-based attendance system for teachers and students.
- Enabled teachers to log in with biometrics, input class details, and mark attendance seamlessly.
- Provided an option for manual attendance when biometrics are unavailable.
- Built an admin dashboard for attendance tracking, reports, and student management.
OUR PROCESS
Research & Discovery:
We conducted interviews with teachers, administrators, and students, analyzed existing systems, and identified key gaps. The goal was to integrate biometrics with a user-friendly interface for a seamless experience.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
We designed intuitive workflows that allow teachers to complete attendance in seconds. Through testing and feedback, we optimized the UI/UX for efficiency and ease of use.
UI/UX Design & Development:
The final design features a sleek, responsive interface with fingerprint authentication and a scalable backend for real-time reporting. Encrypted biometric storage ensures security and reliability.
