The medical equipment management process was complex, time-consuming, and lacked transparency. Healthcare providers struggled with finding reliable service engineers, comparing equipment and service providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

We designed and developed a seamless platform, MedServ Marketplace, enabling healthcare providers and Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to collaborate efficiently. The platform streamlines procurement, maintenance, and compliance processes.
